Messages of resilience when you make a mistake.
This was originally built as a live 35 minute presentation for 3rd or 4th graders. The key messages are:
Figuring out what mistake you / someone made is a puzzle, not something to get upset about.
Making the wrong assumption (guess) or missing something in the problem statement means you solved a different problem than you meant to.
In school and daily life, you often have incomplete problems where you make guesses to fill in the blanks. Different guesses can get different answers.
The examples include math, history, English, and cookies!
